The Fresh Land Use Scheme Will Develop Real Estate Noida Market

Noida Development Authority has permitted a fresh mixed land-use procedure & improved the FAR (Floor Area Ratio) from 2.75 to 3.50 in its offered master plan, which is probable to improve the real estate market & bring in probable buyers.

The Floor Area Ratio in metro passageways is up from 2.75 to 3.25.
